All prints are usually sent out within 1-3 working days, tracked and registered by An Post/ Irish Post.

Flat Rate: €10.00 per order.
Zone 2 -
Europe - UK, BeNeLux, France, Germany - registered/tracked
Flat Rate: €11.00 per order.
Zone 3 -
Rest of Europe - registered/tracked
Spain, Iceland, Switzerland, and 20 other countries
Flat Rate: €12.00 per order.
Zone 4 - N + Central Americas, Africa, Middle East, Asia, India - registered/tracked
Flat Rate: €20.00 per order.
Zone 5 - Rest of the world - South America, Australia, NZ - registered/tracked

Hopefully you’re happy with your purchase but if not, get in touch with me at
If anything arrives in a faulty condition, let me know and provide images of the damage, so I can replace it ASAP.
Please note, I don’t refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the costs of return shipping.
When sending an item back, I recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment and be ensured that it has definitely been returned.

I will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to the mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch. Whether you’ve supplied your personal details online or by email we will never use them without a lawful reason to do so.

The personal data you supply when making a purchase will be treated with total confidentiality and in accordance with all data protection legislation.
I only store the personal data you have provided. I don’t store or see any credit card information on our system. All credit card transactions are cleared using Stripe or Paypal.

Orders are accepted when the products that you order are available and your payment method is authorised for the transaction. Your card or Paypal account will be charged automatically when you place your order. As soon as payment is received and your item(s) have been dispatched, I email you to confirm your purchase is on the way. If for any reason I’m unable to fulfill your order, you will be fully refunded.
Please note that the prices shown are exclusive of delivery and this is calculated once you add the product to your cart and enter your country. Any taxes are the responsibility of you the customer and not the responsibility of Schudelfloss.
